Hyperlinks Not Displaying Correctly in MS Word

1. Click on Tools | Options.
   
2. Under the View tab, deselect Field Codes.
   

Then, instead of seeing the text below -

{HYPERLINK. "http://www.carolscorneroffice.com/"}

He now sees:

Carol's Corner Office.com.and when he clicks on the link, it takes him to Carol's Corner Office!
